I got the email within the last couple days and they did indeed know one of my old passwords. Scary stuff.
I’m a pretty technical person, so although I was worried to see a blackmail email with one of my passwords in it, I didn’t feel immediately like the sky is falling. After a bit of Googling it turns out to be “relatively” benign.
Still went back and changed all my old passwords anyway, of course.
